Food Truck Owner Registration
The initial $10 Food Truck Registration Fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment that covers account setup, onboarding, and activation.
Once your registration has been submitted and your account is activated, this fee cannot be refunded.
Monthly Subscription
Food truck owners receive a 3-month promotional period following registration.
After the promotional period ends, your subscription automatically renews at $9.99 per month unless canceled.
Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

After cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Future billing will stop.

Your food truck listing may become inactive after your subscription expires.
Refund Policy
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including:

Duplicate charges

Billing errors

Unauthorized transactions confirmed by investigation
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment cannot be processed:

Your listing may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.
Promotional Offers
Free trials and promotional pricing may be offered periodically.
